Forming cultural connect through crosscultural interactions is a unique concept practiced in this college. Theobjective of the programme was to instil pride in local and Indian culture inthe minds of the students, while simultaneously providing exposure to othercultures from various states of India and of the world. Students of thisinstitution have always been actively participating in programmes in which thewere required to visit other states and countries. During the last two years ofthe Covid19 pandemic when there was complete lockdown for long spells, theprogram International Cultural Exchange served to motivate and engage theCollege’s students with students from other countries and their culturesentirely online.

The EnglishLanguage Lab  opened a unique way toteach English to students. Thestudents were engaged in making presentations for the program, making flyers, introducing the guest and offering the vote of thanks. This way they wereengaged in using the language in multiple ways.

First, after theinitial welcoming of all by the coordinator Dr Somali Gupta, one of thestudents introduced the guest to the rest of the participants and welcomed theguest on behalf of the college and the participants. Then the guest sharedabout his/her culture for around 40 -45 mins. The session was then opened forQ&A session for 20 mins.
